If you have read any personal development books they suggest to have a list. A list of things to do. The trick is having the list in a central place and keeping the list updated.
What do you do when the list becomes longer and longer? You focus and prioritize on what must be done first.
I get a daily email from a guy named Garret (yes, daily!). He talks about slowing down and getting things done. We speed up but in reality get less done. Slow down.
Also started writing on a site called medium.com. They email daily. The article was about compound time. How spending time on keeping a journal, reading, taking naps, walking all compounds over time.
If you look at your list it might scare you. So much to do! Get the big things done and move on from there.
