When you start planning your first business website, there are a few critical questions you need to ask yourself:

- Who will your target audience be? Think nicely about who you want to target. Why do you specifically want these people to visit your website? Make sure all your internal links describe the specific target page. If you are selling green tables, don’t call your products page “Products”, call it “green tables”, and make sure that the links pointing at this page also say “green tables”. This will not only help the search engines identify and rank the most important pages in your website, it will also lead your visitor to that all important conversion.
